2. Custom Framing Services

Our custom framing services are highly personalized. While we strive for absolute perfection, slight variations in natural materials (such as wood grains or mat textures) may occur and are considered part of the artisanal nature of our work.

Quotations provided are estimates and are subject to change based on the final inspection of your piece and specific material selections.

3. Artwork Handling & Liability

We handle all artwork with the utmost care, using quality materials and professional framing practices. However, Framing Collective's liability for any loss or damage to your property is limited to the declared value of the piece at the time of deposit, up to a maximum of $5,000, unless additional insurance is explicitly arranged and documented in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and trademarks. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
